It consists of an online property management, accounting and related services platform, including but not limited to Cirrus8, CirrusFM, the Executive Management Dashboard and Automated Invoicing (as may be changed or updated from time to time by Cirrus8).

The personal information we collect about you depends on the nature of your dealings with us or what you choose to share with us.

We collect your personal information directly from you when you:

How do we protect your information and secure information transmissions?

Email is not recognised as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send private information to us by email. However, doing so is allowed, but at your own risk. Some of the information you may enter on our website may be transmitted securely via a secure medium known as Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL. Cirrus8 never transmits credit card information via email. Cirrus8 may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.

For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, Cirrus8 uses software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorised attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

You also acknowledge that, as you have consented to the disclosure of your personal information to these Overseas Recipients, it will not be necessary for us to take any further steps to ensure the Overseas Recipients’ compliance with Australian Privacy Laws in relation to your personal information and we will not be liable to you for any breach of Australian Privacy Laws by those Overseas Recipients. If you do not want your data being accessed by people outside Australia, please notify us.

Cirrus8 will endeavour to keep your personal information accurate, complete, and up to date. If you wish to make a request to access and / or correct the personal information we hold about you, you should make a request by contacting us by email to info@cirrus8.com.au and we will usually respond within ten (10) days.

Cirrus8 website(s) may contain links to websites operated by third parties. If you access a third party website through our website(s), personal information may be collected by that third party website. We make no representations or warranties in relation to the privacy practices of any third-party provider or website and we are not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of any third party provider or website.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time with or without notice. However, please be assured that if the Privacy Policy changes in the future, we will not use the personal information you have submitted to us under this Privacy Policy in a manner that is materially inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, without your prior consent.

Children are not eligible to use our website and Service and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this site only in conjunction with permission and guidance from your parents or guardians.
